WAHAH (Shenzhen Fu Kang Heng Development Co., Ltd.) is a specialist in acrylic (PMMA) deep-processing and global supply chain services. Our 5,000 m² modern production base is equipped with laser cutting, CNC engraving, heat bending, thermoforming, screen printing and UV printing — covering 13 core processes from precision cutting right through to final assembly.
Backed by a mature sheet supply network and our own production capacity, we deliver OEM/ODM customisation, fast low-volume prototyping and stable high-volume delivery to clients in advertising display, retail merchandising, architectural decoration, lighting, medical equipment and aquarium engineering. Our products ship to more than 30 countries and regions across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Laser Cutting
High-power CO₂ laser cutting delivers edges so smooth they need no secondary finishing. Complex curves and fine cut-outs formed in one pass, positioning accuracy ±0.1 mm, for sheets from 1 mm to 25 mm.

CNC Machining
Large-format CNC engraving and 3D milling for relief lettering, irregular grooving, high-gloss chamfering and layered thick-plate assembly. High repeat positioning accuracy keeps batch parts consistent.

Precision Saw Cutting
Electronic panel saws and sliding table saws for straight cutting with diagonal error ≤0.5 mm/m. Protective film stays on throughout, edges come out chip-free, any size can be cut to order.

Drilling & Tapping
CNC-positioned drilling covering countersunk holes, stepped holes and thread tapping. Hole-position tolerances tightly controlled to meet hardware assembly and structural connection requirements.

Heat Bending
Strip-heating produces crisp line bends and right-angle bends with even heating — no bubbles, no whitening. Accurate bend angles and batch-to-batch consistency.

Thermoforming
Vacuum forming and compression moulding for large-curvature arcs, housings, lamp shades and other 3D shapes. From mould development through to volume production, handled in one place.

Solvent Bonding
Aquarium-grade solvent bonding leaves seams as clear as a single piece, with high bond strength and no whitening or bubbles. Ideal for tanks, boxes and sealed display cases.

Edge Polishing
Flame polishing, buffing and diamond polishing — selected to suit the job — leave cut faces as bright as glass for a genuinely premium finish.

Screen Printing
Precision registration from single colour to multi-colour, with strong ink adhesion and weather resistance. Supports large solid colour areas as well as fine text and graphics.

UV Flatbed Printing
Direct flatbed UV printing with layered colour-white-colour passes reproduces fine gradients faithfully on any sheet thickness, with adhesion verified by cross-hatch testing.

Sandblasting & Frosted Finish
A uniform matte frost, and with masking, localised frosted patterns and gradient transitions. Smooth to the touch and resistant to fingerprints.

Functional Coating
Anti-fog coatings, surface hardening and anti-glare (AG) treatments that improve performance in medical, optical and display applications.

Assembly & Packing
Final assembly, hardware pre-fitting, protective film, pearl-cotton and custom wooden crate packing. Packed to export standard with an industry-leading transit damage rate.

Acrylic Boxes & Covers
Storage boxes, dust covers, display cases and specimen boxes, made with laser cutting and seamless bonding for a flawless, mark-free finish. Magnetic, hinged and latch opening structures available, in any size.
Signage & Lettering
3D feature-wall lettering, wayfinding signs, door plates, nameplates and illuminated letter panels. CNC engraving, polishing and screen printing all done in-house with tight tolerance control and a full set of installation hardware.
Light Boxes & Shades
Ultra-thin light boxes, light guide panels, irregular thermoformed shades and medical equipment indicator covers. Optical-grade light transmission control, even glow with no dark spots, flame-retardant grades on request.
Awards & Trophies
Acrylic medals, trophies and commemorative pieces for corporate events, competitions and official recognition. Laser sub-surface engraving, UV colour printing and mixed-material construction, with low minimum orders.
Acrylic Furniture
Clear tables, seating, shelving and furniture components. Deep experience in thick-plate processing and structural bonding, with load-bearing and safety testing, serving home brands and designer channels.
Aquarium Engineering
Custom fish tanks, aquarium cabinets, and acrylic panels and turnkey works for large public aquariums. Aquarium-grade seamless bonding, thick plate up to 100 mm+, with installation guidance provided.
Machine Guards & Medical Parts
Safety guards for automation equipment, instrument housings, medical device panels and components. Anti-static, flame-retardant and anti-fog treatments available. Drawings kept confidential, and ODM project development supported.

5,000 m² of self-owned workshop housing 60+ machines — laser cutters, CNC machining centres, panel saws, thermoforming machines, screen printing lines and UV printers.
Quality Control
A three-tier inspection system: incoming material inspection (light transmission, thickness tolerance, surface grade) → in-process patrol inspection → 100% final inspection before shipment. We can work to your company standard or to national / industry standards, and support third-party inspection.
Stock & Warehousing
Standing stock of clear, opal white, black and coloured sheets across multiple specifications, with common thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 30 mm available for immediate release. Direct supply agreements with sheet manufacturers keep both pricing and lead times stable.

Export-ready, door to door
Packing, freight and paperwork handled by people who do it every day.
Export Delivery
A dedicated export team working under FOB, CIF, DDP and other trade terms. Acrylic-specific shatter-proof packing: pearl-cotton corner protection, bubble wrap, and reinforced cartons or wooden frames, holding long-haul sea freight damage rates at industry-leading lows. Amazon FBA labelling and direct overseas warehouse dispatch supported.
Global Logistics
